This one of a kind vintage picnic basket comes with large vintage monarch picnic basket in a dusty rose pink, extremely rare and unique, with brown leather accents, and sturdy metal accent buckles. We have situated this basket with a very old and sturdy handsome utilitarian, urban looking primitive Stanley thermos for you to put your favorite soup inside and it will keep warm guaranteed. They don't make them like they used to. You won't find another one like this. Absolutely stunning. This is NOT a reproduction. It is the real deal. all original handles, all original wear and its chrome is still going strong so can be used just like the day it was made. Smells clean and Green plastic stopper is still in tact. No cracks or signs of mold or damage. Going strong. 2 beautiful large stoneware modern bowls and matching mugs accented with mercury like rims and a cocoa color outside and a beige speckle inside. Along with a smaller matching vintage stoneware brown bowl from about the 40s for your fruit or whatever you'd like to include in your picnic lunch. There are two 18kt gold floral salt and pepper shakers included as well. Lastly for your picnic we have included one of Leisureland's round beach towels that are made with soft, comfortable polyester microfiber and decorated with beautiful fringe tassels for craftsmanship and style. They will not fade with sun or wash. Great for poolside, picnics, throw blankets, yoga mats, or for the beach. It measures 6" in diameter and is black and white pictured with a beautiful dreamcatcher. So you and your loved ones can make all your dreams come true.
We will include a lovers assortment of Russel Stover's truffels or nuts and chews for your special someone. And you can personalize the card pictured and we will write your lovers name in the hot air balloons and write a personalized message on the front of the card fo your choosing. Just include your personal message in the section provided. We can not gift wrap this unfortunately since you need to include your own picnic lunch. Will it be a proposal? I promposal. Why do your items have minor imperfections?
We sell authentic vintage and antique clothing that are actually found in attics and barns and are of the highest quality but can have minor imperfections. They are sold as is. They are very old, and will show normal signs of age, and wear. We try to photograph this for the customer as best as we can.
Sizing details
Why are your sizes not listed on all of your garments? Simply because some of the garments were custom made and do not have tags or are old enough that tags were not customary for that time period. We do not have a specific size, but will estimate the best we can. If there is an issue with size, we will happily accept a return within 14 days of purchase.
Care instructions
Each garment must be handled as the care tag states where applicable, and I would highly recommend when possible having a professional handle the cleaning and care or at least consulting a professional or researching the care before cleaning the garment on your own.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Vintage gift wrap can be available at additional cost at request to shop owner depending on the size, weight and dimensions of packaging.
Patches, holes, rips, minor spots, tears?
These are part of the character that add to the charm of these clothing. We never state that these clothing are free from any of these things. Some customers like the more the better when it comes to patches and character and some like their garments in mint condition. We try to list imperfections or conditions of our garments so the customer can decide for themselves. These garments are listed "AS IS" and are sold in their found condition. Many of our garments are in perfect mint condition as well. We do our very best to list ANY and ALL imperfections but from time to time we may miss something. These are authentic vintage and antique clothing. NOT reproductions.
