ULTRA RARE 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Green Karate Gi Donatello
Co-Creator Peter Laird's favorite turtle. Donatello. After an exhaustive internet search, I believe this rare collectors item could be the only one. This 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Kimono Set from Mirage Studios is a collector item at its finest. The screen printing is in perfect condition. There are only 2 spots with slight wear from normal use as these items are 31 years old at this point and were stored for most of their lives. They have no stains and were very well taken care of. Teenage Mutant Turtles is highly collectible and the more rare the items the more collectible and prized they become. This being the only of its kind it demands a high tag. It would look amazing in a collectors case or a shadow box with its amazing graphics. You could have your lucky child wear it to the next Comicon. They would surely be the only one.
Measurements are as follows:
Kimono Pants:
1) 9.5" - Across the top of the waistline from end to end laying on a flat surface horizontally
2) 9" - From the top of the waistline to the bottom of the crotch vertically
3) 14" - Across the middle of the crotch section from one end of the pants to the other laying on a flat surface horizontally
4) 7" - From the crotch to the outer edge of the pant leg seam laying flat, horizontally
5) 25" - From the Waistline to the hemline vertically
6) 15" - From the crotch to the hem vertically
7) 6" - From the shin area of the pant leg from the inner seam to the outer seam horizontally
8) 5.5" - From the bottom hemline from the inner seam to the outer seam
Kimono Top:
1) 6" - Across the back of the neck at the widest point
2) 5" - From the seam at the neck to the seam at the shoulder
3) 11" - The length of the sleeve and cuff
4) 15" - The length measured between the seams shoulder to shoulder horizontally
5) 14" - The length from the seams measured under each armpit, horizontally
6) 16" - The length vertically measured from the seam next to the neck down to the longest point of the hemline
7) 4" - The cuff length from end to end laying on a flat surface
Kimono Belt:
1) 44" - Belt length

Why do your items have minor imperfections?
We sell authentic vintage and antique clothing that are actually found in attics and barns and are of the highest quality but can have minor imperfections. They are sold as is. They are very old, and will show normal signs of age, and wear. We try to photograph this for the customer as best as we can.
Sizing details
Why are your sizes not listed on all of your garments? Simply because some of the garments were custom made and do not have tags or are old enough that tags were not customary for that time period. We do not have a specific size, but will estimate the best we can. If there is an issue with size, we will happily accept a return within 14 days of purchase.
Care instructions
Each garment must be handled as the care tag states where applicable, and I would highly recommend when possible having a professional handle the cleaning and care or at least consulting a professional or researching the care before cleaning the garment on your own.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Vintage gift wrap can be available at additional cost at request to shop owner depending on the size, weight and dimensions of packaging.
Patches, holes, rips, minor spots, tears?
These are part of the character that add to the charm of these clothing. We never state that these clothing are free from any of these things. Some customers like the more the better when it comes to patches and character and some like their garments in mint condition. We try to list imperfections or conditions of our garments so the customer can decide for themselves. These garments are listed "AS IS" and are sold in their found condition. Many of our garments are in perfect mint condition as well. We do our very best to list ANY and ALL imperfections but from time to time we may miss something.
